Talk at Princeton’s Center for African American Studies

December 12th, 2008 · No Comments

I’ve returned from presenting my work at Princeton University’s Center for African American Studies.  The experience was energizing and inspiring.  I appreciate the time that the faculty, postdocs, and graduate students there put into engaging with my work.  I look forward to learning more from them as they develop their own projects.  Thanks to the faculty and graduate students who accompanied me to dinner, including Mendi Obadike, whose creative work with her partner, Keith Obadike, I have long admired, Judith Casselberry, and Hiram Perez.  And thanks to Daphne Brooks who invited me to participate in the Faculty and Graduate Student Seminar.
